Podcasts will cover topics related to Community Emergency & Response programs, EComms, and the health of the Citizen Responder.

Topics typical of monthly Continuing Education and Skills Maintenance such as:

First Aid, fire suppression, search & rescue, documentation, communications., ICS, etc.

Podcasts will feature interviews with local CER programs leadership covering topics like:

What is the structure of your program?

Have you had to deploy your team, and what was the incident?

What lessons, positive and negative, did your program learn from the deployment?

Did you work with an adjacent team for mutual deployment, what outcomes were learned from that mutual deployment?

Etc.

Topics of discussion will also focus on the physical, mental, and even spiritual fitness of those participating in Community Emergency & Response programs to aid in ensuring their safety and ability to perform effectively under stressful situations.

I am hopeful that this podcast section of the project will become the strongest part and the part I am looking forward to the most to produce.
